Turki Nasser Al-Salama
Lawyer with experience in studying case files and coordinating follow-ups with relevant authorities. Proficient in working on the electronic platforms of the Ministry of Justice and other entities. Conducts legal research and studies and participates in drafting legal memoranda. Has established various types of companies, including a closed joint-stock company with a capital of 36 million riyals.
Hussein Al-Dosari
Legal Consultant and Founding Partner. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Public Affairs from LaSalle University in Boston in 2019. He has 5 years of experience in commercial law, criminal law, and drafting and reviewing contracts. He also worked as the first Saudi at the Massachusetts State House.
Arif Barier
A qualified lawyer with over 35 years of experience in commercial law. He worked alongside the wife of former British Prime Minister Tony Blair. He secured a landmark legal ruling that brought about significant change in the field of labor law. He possesses high-level expertise in negotiating contracts at the highest levels.
Dr. Jamal Al-Sumaiti
Considered one of the most prominent leading figures in the judiciary and public prosecution in the UAE. He held the position of a judge at the Court of Cassation in Dubai Courts. He served as Director-General of the Dubai Judicial Institute (2008 – 2021). Specializes in banking, corporate, insurance, and commercial contract cases. Holds a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham And a PhD in Maritime Law.
Abdullah Al-Dosari
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University and a High Diploma in Lawyering from the Adli Center at the Ministry of Justice. He holds the professional certification in Compliance Fundamentals and gained practical experience as a legal researcher at Saudi Telecom Channels Company. He joined several law firms and has expertise in various fields, including Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Commercial Cases, and Administrative Cases.
Professor Dr. Ahmed Saied
International Commercial Arbitrator at the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA). Professor of Law at the British University in Egypt (BUE). Expert at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Spain. Official Legal Advisor to the Embassies of the Czech Republic and Taiwan in Egypt. Lawyer before the Court of Cassation, the Supreme Constitutional Court, and the Supreme Administrative Court in Egypt.
